Caiyuntian Holdings Company Limited was founded on feb. 23, 2003, is a subsidiary of caiyuntian plastic package company limited, that founded on jan 11, 1999. The company is specialised in supplying flexible packaging materials and laminates for food, pharmaceutical, electronic and construction industries.
Technical flow
1) slitting
Acording to customers' specifications, we may place an order to raw material supplier for the films, or we will slit our stock of raw material to the proper measure.
2) printing
Caiyuntian has installed 7 colours rotogravure printing presses. These presses are equipped with advanced automatic scanning device for color registration and print quality monitoring system, at the speeds exceeding 150 metres per minute. All of our machines are operated by experienced technicians graduated from professional printing institutes and have many years experience. First of all, they love their job very much.
3) laminating and aging
In order to meet some specific packaging requirements, special adhesives are used to laminate two or more substrates together. Our company has installed advanced dry laminating machines. This enables us to produce high quality multi-layer laminated products. After materials are printed, laminated, it will be put into the aging room for 1-2 days, the purpose of aging is to drive off the smell during printing and laminating and make the the layers integrate better.
4) slitting
After materials are printed, laminated and aged, they are then slitted into smaller rolls according to customers' specifications. In this operation, skills and experience are imperative to ensure the rolls can operate smoothly and efficiently on the automatic packaging lines as demanded by our customer's. We are equipped with advanced slitting machines. Their speeds can reach up to 600 metres per minute.
5) bag making
This department is equipped with advanced automatic bag making machines. These automated systems allow us to supply packaging in pouch form for both manual and semi-automatic filling. We can produce simple bags, R bags, center sealed bags, three-side sealed bags and standup pouches with zipper. We are also capable of providing in-line tear-notches and hole punching in various shapes and sizes.
6) quality assurance & quality control
Many kinds of advanced quality monitoring equipment are used to examine the products or semi-products from every production department, through spot sampling or total inspection. Before delivery, samples of all finished products are subjected to inspection by our quality assurance and quality control team to make sure that any defective printing is removed. In addition, items such as retained solvent, sealing, lamination bond and compression strength will also be tested before delivery.
To accomplish our promises of quality assurance to our customers, caiyuntian not only continuously updates its relevant industrial standards, but also employs effective standard operating procedures in the production process.
Incoming raw materials are subjected to strict test, to ensure that our suppliers provide us with good quality raw materials consistently. These inspections include testing for film tensile strength, coefficient of friction and corona treatment dyne level.
